Our festive Grotto is the perfect petite place for your little ones to get into the Christmas spirit. Book your slot and get ready to make some magical holiday memories with your family. PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are priced as follows: Children under 12months (Meet & Greet ONLY) - £5 Children Over 12months (Meet & Greet with Gift) - £10 Under 12 months with NO gift go free when accompanying elder siblings booked on. Please book two consecutive time slots if more than 3 children. Please ensure all children's details and any dietary requirements/allergies are added in the comments section.(Including under 12mths.) Sensory Friendly Grotto Visit: Lights, Music and new environments can be overwhelming to some. Please use the additional comments section to add anything that you think may make your child's visit more comfortable.
Cancellation Policy
